My background
I am married with two teenage daughters and we share our house with a dog and two cats. I enjoy walking with my family , including the dog of course and supporting our local community, I am actively engaged in fund raising activities.
Before I trained as a therapist I worked in demanding roles within a number of private sector organisations and charities. I understand the demands of pressurised work environments, career change, redundancy, finding meaningful work, workplace stress and attempting to achieve a work/life balance.
I have always enjoyed coaching and mentoring individuals and I am passionate about ensuring people feel valued, listened to and empowered both at work and in their day to day lives. I see my therapeutic work as an extension of this ethos.
